This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through luxelaserstudio.au. The chat assistant on this site answers questions using an AI service. Chat messages are not stored, so please do not share health details in the chat.

We do not ask for health information through this website. Questions about your skin or medical history are discussed with Sharon at your consultation.

Bookings through Fresha

Bookings, payments, deposits and cancellations are handled by Fresha, a third party booking platform. When you book, the details you give are collected by Fresha and handled under Fresha's own privacy policy, which is available on the Fresha website.
