Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of luxelaserstudio.au and to treatments with Luxe Laser Studio, operated by Sharon Gatt (ABN 44 273 559 373) from inside Luxury Beauty Bar Melbourne, 380 Keilor Road, Niddrie VIC. By using this website or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

All bookings and payments are made through Fresha.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the treatment price applies.

If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know, the full treatment fee is charged.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they are kept as a credit toward a future booking.

Prices

Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and are per session. We try to keep them up to date, but the price shown on Fresha when you book is the price that applies.

Consultation and patch test

A consultation and patch test may be required before your first treatment. This helps Sharon check whether laser hair removal is suitable for you and choose settings for your skin and hair. Please tell Sharon about any medications, skin conditions, recent tanning, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Sharon may decline or postpone a treatment if she thinks it is not suitable for you.

Results

Everyone's skin and hair is different. Most people need a course of sessions, and results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee a particular result or number of sessions.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
